Booking via the website is easy and quick, with helpful clear pricing and automated reminders shortly before the appointment. When we first brought the items to Mr Inkpen, he explained they needed to be repaired and took time to explain why it was important to do this first. He also answered all our questions, and we never felt rushed. He provided us with relevant information to decide about the repairs, and, later, we returned for the valuation.
He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and he was very kind. He did a thorough job, and we're pleased with his detailed report. I would highly recommend him.
