Willing to help, professional and always goes above and beyond, even when trying to navigate issues that are not necessarily part of his remit, but need resolving to enable him to complete the intended task at hand.

Michael provided a valuation on our engagement ring. Booking an appointment was straight forward and no nonsense, clearly stated on his website which service was best suited for us and how much this would be, with an appointment readily available.
In the appointment itself, Michael was clearly very knowledgeable and knew in detail the dates and history of the ring. The information Michael knew was precise, and it’s clear he truly is an expert in his field. Throughout the appointment Michael explained different elements to the ring, its history, what makes it unique, where the value lies, what we can expect with it in years to come, as well as showing us how the diamond appears under different lights and lamps, and how the light reflects. We felt involved in the process and were so grateful that Michael was engaging and made us part of it, allowing us a peek behind the curtain as such. We left feeling confident in Michael’s knowledge, and were quick to receive our PDF report which is thorough and has all the information we needed for insurance purposes.
We wouldn’t go to anyone else in future, Michael was just brilliant and we’d recommend to everyone.
